Foresight Inc respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site and to wholesale and retail orders placed with us.

What we collect

We keep it to what we need to run the business:

• Account information: your email address, display name, and, for wholesale accounts, your business name, contact, state tobacco license, and terms.
• Order information: items, quantities, totals, payment method, and the shipping address you provide so we can fulfill and ship.
• Newsletter signups: the email address you give us for restock and promotional alerts.
• Contact submissions: the name, email, and message you send through our contact form.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, verify age and eligibility, manage wholesale accounts and Net 30 terms, send order and restock notices you ask for, respond to your questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, and only as needed to do their job, or when required by law. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.

Age verification

Because we sell tobacco, we collect and check information to confirm you are 21 or older, at signup and at delivery. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, hold your cart, and remember basic preferences. These are functional, not ad-tracking. You can clear them in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Your choices and requests
