1. Who we are
Foresight Inc is a premium cigar wholesaler and retailer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. You must be 21 or older
We sell tobacco products. You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, order, or take delivery from this site. By using it, you confirm you are 21 or older. We do not sell to minors. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
3. Tobacco sale terms
All cigars and tobacco products are sold for personal or lawful resale use only, in compliance with federal, Wisconsin, and local law. You are responsible for any taxes, licenses, or permits required in your jurisdiction. We will not ship to any address where the sale or delivery of tobacco is prohibited. Product descriptions, vitolas, and counts are provided in good faith but natural tobacco can vary box to box.
4. Wholesale accounts and Net 30
Wholesale pricing and Net 30 terms are available to approved accounts only. Approval requires a valid state tobacco license and an EIN, and is subject to our underwriting and credit review. Net 30 means invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Past-due balances may be placed on credit hold, may accrue late charges as permitted by law, and may result in a return to prepay terms. Wholesale pricing is confidential and for account use only.
5. Ordering, pricing, and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by reference number and reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock shortfalls, or suspected fraud. Prices and availability can change without notice. Retail orders are charged by card at checkout. Wholesale orders may use card or Net 30 where approved. Stock shown reflects what is on hand at the time you view it and is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship from our climate-controlled humidor in Milwaukee. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. An adult 21 or older must be present with valid ID to accept any tobacco shipment. Orders that cannot be delivered due to a failed age check or a refused delivery may be returned to us, and restocking or return freight may apply.
7. Returns
Because tobacco is a perishable, age-restricted product, returns are limited. If your order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your FRS reference number and photos and we will make it right with a replacement or credit. Opened boxes and special-order or made-to-order humidor builds are not returnable except for our error.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Foresight Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Tobacco products carry health risks and are used at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that venue.
10. Changes and contact
